Metric for Unassigned Tickets

    Hi Helen,
     
    You can try this formula:
    IF [Assignee name]=NULL THEN [Ticket ID] ENDIF
    Use the aggregators COUNT or D_COUNT with this metric, and that should show you the count of tickets that are currently unassigned.
