Calculating Business Days

Hi,

Does anybody know how to calculate business days between a tickets "Created date" and "Resolution Date"? I need to report on this. I see "full resolution - business hours" but nothing to do with business days. Right now I pull the two dates and have to calculate in Excel. I'd love to be able to NOT have to manipulate the data in Excel.

A workaround is to divide the value of the full resolution time business hours metric by 24 to get the the number of business days. Here's a sample metric formula:
VALUE(Full resolution time - Business hours (hrs))/24

The above does not take into account weekends for those who do not operate a 24hr support team i.e. business days are only Mon-Fri, calculation should not take into account Sat and Sun.
