Dear Zendesk Sell Sales Team and Development Team.
I would love to have an honest answer to the following question.
Are you regular users of Zedesk Sell? Do you use the tool on a daily basis to put yourself in the shoes of your customers?
Do you really want Zendesk Sell to be as successful as Zendesk Support? use it daily and you will see that the improvements are 3 clicks away.
I propose a challenge to you: stop using SF for three months and use your product, the huge backlog of improvements you will find will be fantastic.
Something as simple as being able to know which organization a contact is from when registering a deal today in your tool is impossible...
Something as simple as the ones I am telling you about, if you were users of your own product, I am completely convinced that you would have detected it in 2020.
I still love them so much!, but they really need to improve sell a lot if they want it to be a hit.
