    By "conclusion mode after ending a call" do you mean Call wrap-up?

    Yes, when you end a call, the system asks you to be available again, ("in that time you are in a conclusion time"), but it would be good if the system just warns you with a sound that you are still in conclusion.  Sorry for my english, I speak spanish :(
