@mention function in Zendesk Guide articles
Feature Request Summary:
Guide articles should have the mention function (@...)
When refering to specific people in articles (such as system administrators, Subject Matter Experts, approval manager etc) it would be great to be able to mention (or pin point) users instead of writing freely. Further, it would be great also if there was a list in Guide (such as the content block list) with all articles where a specific user was mentioned
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
This would ensure a better coherent experience for the knowledge admin teams
