I've just been through the process of obtaining a mobile number for our Support & Sell instances. It's terrible!! You have to repeat the same process on both platforms to submit for business verification.
It's time-consuming & cumbersome to have to do the same process on both platforms.
The ability to submit one lot of business verification on either platform - that covers both platforms would be a much smoother workflow.
I'm also a Zendesk Partner and we're seeing more uptake in existing Support customers also beginning to utilize the Sell platform as well and if I have to put every customer through this same process, it will be very tiresome.
