Pause query reloads while editing

I've been editing a dashboard and it takes a significant amount of wait time to move, copy, components around while the dashboard components update. It also drags when moving between tabs. Other dashboard and live query-building tools allow for temporarily suspending or limiting calculations to smaller data sets while making edits to the reporting.

To save time while editing (particularly when moving and making multiple adjustments to components like configuring multiple bookmarks), it would be convenient if there were a tick box to enable this in Explore.
