Add a monitor for API incoming calls/requests

Context: I had to integrate Service Now with Zendesk, making a two-way sync. During this, it was necessary to perform several troubleshooting tests to match fields between both applications.

The problem is: there is no way to monitor what is coming via the Zendesk API. No endpoint reached (for example: was it used Requests or Tickets API for a certain ticket update?), no payload, no headers.

What is needed: add a page to monitor incoming API calls data in detail.
