Messaging Help - What setting do I need to Group Chats after they are ended?

We are setting up Messaging in one of our brands, and we want it to show the past conversations between the end-user and our support like they are seen below (Taken out of my own Chats with Zendesk Support). As of now, they just show on the Client's end as one continuous conversation.
What setting are we missing in order to get it set up?

Thanks for posting your question to the Community! Just to make sure I understand what you're for, are you trying to allow your agents to have a continuous stream of conversations similar to what customers/clients see? When one conversation ends with a client the next conversation with a new client will start up on the same screen?

Not really, I want it to be grouped for the Customer. We are testing on the customer side, and it looks like one continuous conversation. (That screenshot is from my view as a zendesk customer when I asked for help, so I would like our customers to have the same view).

Thanks for clarifying! I just realized you're looking for Multi-Party conversations. Apologies for the misunderstanding on my part. That is a feature exclusive to Sunshine Conversations. You can learn more about it here.
