The messaging chat flow builder allows users to select ticket fields in a drop-down list.

But drop-down lists described with a "::" hierarchy cannot be selected in a hierarchical form, and all choices are displayed with the hierarchy information included.

We strongly request that the specification be modified so that users can select a drop-down list with "::" hierarchy as in the ticket form.
