Filters and export options for agents

The new Team members page should include options to filter the view by groups, so that we can see who is currently in which groups. In addition, an export-to-csv options would be very helpful.

We have a large group of heavy light agent users in our service center. To ensure that all agents have appropriate access levels, we need an export option for the admin to use to review active agent accounts, and to identify where one may need to be created.

This can be accomplished in the Agent workspace for users with the SuperAdmin addon, but not within the Admin panel itself.
