  Could you tell me a little bit more about your use case for adding CC in the bulk emails? What do you need to achieve?

  Hi there,

  We have an internal email address that we need to CC when sending emails in Bulk. Currently in Zendesk Sell, we can CC or BCC when emailing individually, but the option to CC is not available in the Communication Center when emailing contacts or leads in bulk. We are asking to have a CC option when emailing in bulk from Zendesk Sell.

  Makes sense. It would be super helpful to learn what you want to achieve by adding this CC - could you share that information? Do you need to link the emails to a separate system, you want to make sure that the emails are not lost, or is it something else?

  Hi Kat,

  We have a shared team email address that we CC for tracking communication with our external partners. Certainly Zendesk is helping with that tracking, but this specific email that we want to CC is historically where we have kept all communication with a certain set of partners. When we send bulk emails from outlook to these partners, we always CC this shared team email address so a copy goes into that inbox. So, as my colleague was starting to use Zendesk Sell to send bulk emails, she noticed that she cannot CC the shared team inbox.

  Thank you Ashley! 

  Frankly, it's not something that we currently have on our roadmap, but I've noted it down in our backlog, to make sure we take it into account in the future.

  Hi all

  The CC and BBC is really important for us as we copy additional shared email address in the communications with the leads for visibility, tracking and back office support.
