Reporting Ticket type

Hi,

I'm hoping to be able to report on numbers of a certain ticket type. I.e in the image below, the ticket types we use are:

  • Purchase/Account issue
  • Sales Query
  • Technical Support

 

 

Ideally we could filter it under ticket brand:

 

I am relatively new to using ZenDesk so any guidance would be appreciated

Hey David,

You would need to look at creating a custom report to be able to report on your custom ticket type field.
