[Zendesk Support Admins should have the ability to reconfigure the default comments that are offered up during a ticket merge workflow]
Our business refers to Zendesk tickets as something else so we would like the ability to brand this. Without editing each time we merge, we find some customers are confused by the current wording based on our workflow...
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
To have a new template for this would improve our efficiency so we don't have to reword this each time – our agents spend time rewriting this and it is not efficient.
