When localStorage is disabled, the Zendesk script throws Uncaught DOMException

Thanks for sharing your question with the Community! The Web Widget does utilize local storage for specific features that are considered essential to its functionality. If needed, we do allow the option to set the Web Widget to comply with your local storage and cookie settings. You can see how to do so here. 
 
Once set, you'll want to be aware that following features will be disabled: 
 
Chat
Help Center Authentication
Collection of pathfinder data
