Hi all,

Is there a way to get the ticket reference number from Explore?

      Hey Deepak,
       
      Are you referring to the Ticket ID or the message ID that threads the responses to a ticket? 
       
      If you're referencing the message ID then there's no way to pull that data into Explore. 
       
      What report exactly are you trying to create?

      I Need to  reference the ticket id number aging the original ticket id

      suppose an agent creates a Zendesk ticket id and sends it to the relevant person and then the seller follows up again on the same ticket id.

      You should be able to add the Ticket ID attribute to your Explore reports as mentioned in our reference guide here: Metrics and attributes for Zendesk Support
