Sandbox Creation Troubleshoot: Missing Ticket Data

Issue

Premium Sandbox (Partial & Production) users. When creating a new Sandbox, some may find that their ticket data are not being replicated across from the production account. 

 

Resolution

Any ticket referencing a missing field and/or dependancy will not replicate. Find out more about replicated data in Premium Sandboxes here.

In recent events, we have found this issue to be linked with inactive targets. If that is the case for your Sandbox, there are a couple of options to manually help remedy this issue. 

  • Delete inactive targets from the production account
  • Remove inactive targets from business rules within the production account

Please keep in mind, by applying one or both of these actions will not automatically resolve the issue. Changes will be implemented after recreation.
