Chatbot functionality based on FAQ

I am trying to create a automated chat bot using Zendesk that provides answer's based on our FAQ. Is this possible?

    Can you be more specific on what exactly needs to be done?
     
    We have our own Flow Builder that you can utilize in order to give recommendations depending on the articles you prefer to show.
