Product feedback: Talk notification sound upon incoming call

Currently Zendesk Talk does not allow to change sounds for Talk notifications appearing on agent side. We would like to have this feature added, it's more convenient if agents will be able to change desired notification sound and update notification volume by themselves.

Thanks for the feedback. We hear ya! We will be looking into improving this area but at this time, it is not on the short term roadmap.
