Turn on Agent workspace does not enable agent workspace

When I click Turn on Agent workspace the pop up comes up and says "agent workspace is on, Agents will get a notification to refresh there page" but nothing happens and the old ticketing setup remains.

Got it, chat had to be enabled first.

  1. In Admin Center, click Workspaces in the sidebar, then select Agent tools > Agent Workspace. ...
  2. Select Turn on the Agent Workspace.
  3. Save your changes. ...
  4. Make sure to wrap up any messages, calls, or unsaved tickets, then click Switch workspace.
