Turn on Agent workspace does not enable agent workspace
AnsweredWhen I click Turn on Agent workspace the pop up comes up and says "agent workspace is on, Agents will get a notification to refresh there page" but nothing happens and the old ticketing setup remains.

Got it, chat had to be enabled first.

- In Admin Center, click Workspaces in the sidebar, then select Agent tools > Agent Workspace. ...
- Select Turn on the Agent Workspace.
- Save your changes. ...
- Make sure to wrap up any messages, calls, or unsaved tickets, then click Switch workspace.
