Sunshine Conversation, how post message api to show that message in Zendesk Ticket
I use Sunshine conversation and connect to my Zendesk instance. Whenever user send chat message from my website via web messenger, that message appear to my ZD agent via ZD ticket which everything work properly.
There are use case which user have some action in the web e.g. click "More info" button under the product, I will trigger javascript event to send message to the chat, list message, which contain product url, product image so that my ZD agent will know what product which user want to get info. However, the message appear in the chat correctly but it doesn't show in the ZD ticket. How can I make these messages which I call by API, https://docs.smooch.io/rest/#operation/postMessage, to show in my ZD ticket?

Can you provide us some screenshots of what you mean by "the message appear in the chat correctly but it doesn't show in the ZD ticket"? Do you mean that it shows in the chat from the end user perspective or the agent's perspective?
