How to modify Ticket ID Format ?

Hello,

I would like to modify the Ticket ID format (for example: Txxx).
What's the process to follow up to do it ?

  To answer your question, this is currently not possible. Ticket numbers / ID in Zendesk are integers format only. For more information, please see this article: Changing your ticket ID starting number
