Please support "Rollup Summary" as a supported field type in the Salesforce-ZD integration
Your support team confirmed that the Product Team states that "Rolllup Summary" is not a supported field. I would use this post to track building support into the integration. Also, your own support site does not state this is NOT supported. Please update that.

We had historically used a third party integration for other fields that ZD does not support, such as formula fields. Unfortunately, the ones in place have proven unstable or ineffective in scale, which is why we really need ZD to step up their game in supporting more field types. Exalate does not sound familiar, but I can keep that in mind. At this point in time, we are using an alternative solution involving a script and updates to the Zendesk org API directly.
