Makros in Zendesk Chat

Hello,

we want to have the Makros from Zendesk Support in Zendesk Chat. Is it called short cuts there? Oder is there another oppotunity, which i have not found until now?

Hi Judith,

If you use agent workspace, you can use macros while on a chat (you can continue to use shortcuts as well). You can learn more about agent workspace below:
