    Hey James, and welcome to the community!
     
    I don't know that there's much of a simpler way, that's pretty much what I do here. But if you're using the Agent Workspace and you have Support open (in another tab), then you could search in the Knowledge section of the Context panel for the article you want -- the search results there do include a "copy link" button that will give you the link that you could paste into your community post comment.
