    Hello there, 

    Thank your for writing in! 

    Im assuming your account has yet to have agent workspace activated. We do not support these features in the previous version of zendesk chat but when you activate Agent Workspace, there is a slack integration available and workflows you will be able to create in triggers that will help you with notifying your agents(I have attached some helpcentre articles for your reading)
