Routing Automation On Thumbs Down / DSATs
Specific case when a third-party chatbot is integrated on Zendesk Chat, during interaction with Chatbot when customers click "Thumbs Down" there should be a routing mechanism piece and prompt telling customers that they will be transferred over to a live agent. In that way the live agent can do a rating conversion with the customer.
