Proactive greeting in Messaging
We're in the process of setting up our Zendesk account and I was dissapointed to learn that we needed to turn off Messaging and use the Classic Chat in order to be able to utilize a proactive greeting trigger. Is there a plan to bring this trigger option to Messaging so that a proactive message can pop up under certain conditions (like visit URL, etc.)?
