Scheduling the download of views
AnsweredI have a view set up for one of our suppliers and want to be able to end them a list of all the unsolved queries on a weekly basis, but there isn't an option to schedule the csv download function.
I have tried creating a similar 'view' using Explore but the metrics just aren't available for what I need - know that the metric needs to be a count of some kind, but I want to effectively create a table that lists the ticket ID by row and just includes the latest update date, the requested date and the subject, but using any of these as the column headers just makes a huge cumbersome table that doesn't really give me what I am looking for.
Is it not possible to schedule the csv download of a view?

Hi Karen,
Scheduling a CSV download of a view is not a built-in feature, and I'm not aware of any add-on that can do that either.
I hope you haven't given up on Explore just yet because you should be able to achieve what you're after.
Since the metric isn't what you're looking to report on, you can just select "Tickets" (optionally you can hide that column from the table - see lower right in the image below).
You can filter for tickets that are not "solved" or "closed" and use a requester or organization filter to narrow down to tickets from your supplier.
Adding the table to a dashboard you can schedule recurring deliveries.I hope this helps you out.
