Messaging channel via Microsoft Teams
Our customers mainly use MS teams to communicate with them and they prefer to use it when asking us inquiries, but Zendesk does not have such feature.
I need a channel which our customers send inquiries via their MS teams account.
My imagine is social messaging which is similar to WhatsApp or Twitter DM and so on...
Could you add the function in the future?

This is something we will be investigating in the new year, we have recently rolled out Slack Direct Messages, that allow this for slack and teams will be next to be reviewed for this solution.
