Zendesk Talk Rights concerns
AnsweredWe have identified that users having Team Leader rights have access to all executive's talk statuses and can also change it. We would need a specific rights option to be selected so that the Administrator can choose which Roles to have more specific rights. We would need more granular permissions for access to the talk dashboards. We currently do not have such an option.
