Notify customers when an agent is free to take a callAnswered
It would be really helpful for us to have a widget that we can put on our company website that notifies users when a support agent is available to chat or take a call
Thanks for the feedback! Our classic widget does not work exactly like that, but there's a partial workaround that maybe could solve your problem: the 'call us/callback request' widget (which you can enable on Talk settings) only shows up when there are agents online to take the call/callback, otherwise, it changes to a standard help widget. The widget does refreshes itself automatically but it takes a while (30 sec to a minute).

After some time when all agents were offline.
