    If you're using Web Widget (Classic), this article will come in handy.

    I would also encourage you to get started on a Chat Phase 4 migration to get access to the latest features like Messaging, Agent Workspace and enhanced analytics with Explore.

    Thanks for your help.  We have followed the steps in the article, but the chat widget is opening to a new tab, not popping over the screen.  Here is a link to the dev site.  The link is in the top right.  Did we configure something wrong?
