    Hi Ron,

    The notification bell that you see on the Zendesk Community page is internally hardcoded and it is not an app, there is no native functionality within the Guide settings to add the same to your Help Center.

    I see that you already left a comment on this feature request, at this time we are unable to share any timeline on the possibility of this feature being implemented in the near future. Although, our Product Managers actively monitor our feedback threads, and conversations with high user engagement ultimately get flagged by the team for roadmap planning.

    Thanks for your reply! WIll go and see if we can code it ourselves or discuss with Zenplates to possibly add something like this as extension.
