I receive frequent requests from many different groups for adjustments or refactors to their forms, including new fields, edits to old fields, reorders, and new conditions - with many forms having a dozen or more fields.

Since many of the fields' names resemble each other (but we need a "Customer Name" field for each form because the help text differs), it's difficult to know how to handle them.

It would be useful both when editing existing forms as well as building new ones to have a tool tip on the form detail page for fields added to the form that displays either the question text or the help text.

This would allow for faster more accurate redesign of forms without needing to have a separate tab(s) open to refer back to the content of the fields.
