Database Timeout Error on Users Endpoint

    Hey, Crawford!

    There haven't been recent changes to the API endpoint that would result in the issues you're seeing. That said, depending on the size of the dataset you're querying, it could take some time for the results to return although you generally shouldn't expect to see a 503 error.

    Could you send through an example of the error and the response headers?
