Feature request: New status for talk allows only calls come through if no one else is Online
AnsweredStatus option to Zendesk calls which would allow calls to come through only if no one else is Online. This way routing would direct calls to Online agent(s) always first and direct calls if there is no one online / the agent(s) are in a call already. This Backup-status would help easily direct calls within agents without having to call them back from Callback / ticket.
