Adding a custom property to the header template for a custom Help Center theme
Can I add my own property to a custom theme header.hbs template? If so, how can I do this?

Hello Vladimir,
Many thanks for your question. For the sake of transparency, we would like to clarify that in Support, while we are happy to troubleshoot default and script for any bugs or performance issues, the creation of custom code and troubleshooting that code is a little outside of our scope of support.
However, you can find some interesting discussions about this topic here - https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4409506832282-Adding-a-notification-banner-to-your-Help-Center-v2?page=8#community_comment_4409516330010
For example, you can find here some practical examples of how you can add custom banners to header.hbs
Hopefully, it helps,
Kind Wishes

Hello Viktor! Thank you very match for you answer and sincere desire to help.
One last thing I would like to clarify. Can I use a custom object in custom Help Center templates? I created a custom object like in this article https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/custom-data/custom-objects/getting-started-with-custom-objects/ and tried to use it in header.hbs file but it doesn't work, is there any other way? Sorry to ask again about custom code but I can't find an answer anywhere. Thank you in advance.

Hello Vladimir,
Thanks a lot for your question.
Unfortunately, this link https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/custom-data/custom-objects/getting-started-with-custom-objects/ is more about custom objects for developing your own apps via Zendesk.
If you would like to use objects for your Guide help center theme, please take a look at this list - https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/help_center/help-center-templates/objects/ We highly recommend following these guidelines for building your theme - https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/apps/publish-your-app-or-theme/build_test_theme/
Warm regards,
