    Hey Kirill, thanks for reaching out and letting us know what you need. You're absolutely right that we need better filtering in the Audit log. Today you can filter on when something happened or who did it, but not just on what changed - because sometimes that's the only information you have available at the time, which seems to be the situation you're in if I'm understanding you correctly. 

    The team is currently working on adding filtering for the Item column (which is targeting a release this quarter, but this could change). I'm confident that this is going to help you so keep an eye out in our Announcements where we'll share when this feature is available 🥳
