    Hey Jamie,

    Unfortunately, there are no immediate plans to change where the status dropdown will be in the Agent Workspace next year. Technically, the dropdown shouldn't be showing when it's simply hovered over. If the issue still persists, do send in a Support ticket so we can assist with an investigation.
