Support fields turning blue
Does anybody know why certain fields sometimes turn blue after submitting a ticket? It doesn't do it every time and on tickets with exactly the same workflow and trigger sometimes it does, sometimes not.
From what I've been able to deduce, it's affects the fields that are filled as part of a trigger. I haven't seen any documentation about this, so I don't know if there's a purpose for it.

Ticket updates that have occurred since you've been looking at the ticket are highlighted in blue (this is also true for new comments in the older agent UI, but not yet in Agent Workspace). You can find mentions of this behavior in Working with tickets and Adding comments to tickets.
Thanks Dave - odd that it's not consistent (I am using Workspace). Some do it, some don't. I'll watch closer to study the behavior (fields, not comments as advised).
