Dynamic content can be used in chat triggers.
Currently chat triggers function doesn't provide multi-language support. We can only filter customer by country. However, even in same country, there are people using different language. Therefore, dynamic content is necessary to be able to use in chat triggers.

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately, dynamic content for chat triggers is not on the roadmap at the moment and likely will not be on the roadmap as we move to messaging.
I will however capture this feedback for the messaging team working on proactive messaging.
