zendesk scrolling issues when entering text into the fields on iphone SE

When I tap into these text input fields and my devices keyboard is loaded,The relevant field is not centered within the window when it is tapped on and I have to manually scroll it into view .

phoneSE(1st genaration)

IOS: 15.6.1

 

What is the solution for this?
