Change Guide into a multimedia Content Item KB, not only text-based

Zendesk Guide is a text based content item platform currently.
YouTube is a video based content item platform.
Pinterest is a picture based content item platform.
Document Libraries are document based content item platforms.
What if Zendesk Guide would be a multimedia based content item platform??
It would then not matter in what format the content would be, you would find it in the search (like Google) and would see all content Items (currently named Articles) next/under each other when clicking through categories and sections. It wouldn't matter if the content would be a video, audio, picture, PDF or HTML Text, they all would reside next to each other, not like currently an attachment/embedment within an Article.
With social media etc. our lives are so much more graphically setup and our customers are used to have content shown graphically, that just text-based driven content is not enough any more.

That's a great idea! Multimedia based content item platform would make it much easier for customers to find the content they need. It would also make it more engaging and visually appealing, which would encourage people to explore the content further. This would also make it easier to share content with other users, as they can easily see what the content is about. Overall, I think this is a great idea and would be beneficial for Zendesk Guide.
I would also suggest using Pinvid.net, which is a multimedia platform that allows you to create and share a variety of content in a variety of formats. It would be a great way to make your content more engaging and visually appealing, and would make it easier for customers to find the content they need. Plus, it also allows you to track and measure the engagement of your content, so you can see what content is most popular with your audience.
