How to get the totals(SUM) of different reports/widgets in just one report.

Hi!
I'm wondering if it's possible to get the totals of different reports in a "main" one. Usually each departments ask us to get the numbers of their views on ZD support, so we create the reports according to the conditions they set for each view. At this point they always ask for a general widget with total of the views created. (The metrics and filters change for each view so is not a possibility to add all of them on the same report as we will get wrong data.)
Thank you in advanced!

I'm afraid this is not possible in Explore. Totals and other calculations can only be done on metrics within a single report. Sorry about this limitation.
The only alternative that I could think of is to recreate the conditions as standard calculated metrics, and add these metrics to a single report where you can calculate for the total/sum, and then add the report as a separate widget to your dashboard. But if recreating the view conditions as metric formula isn't possible, then unfortunately, there's no workaround to display the aggregated total in a dashboard.
Thanks Inigo!

Hi!
okay, is there any course regarding standard calculated metrics? I never create one before and seems that technical knowledge is needed.
Thanks in advanced!

You may check out these docs about custom metrics and attributes - Getting started with custom metrics and attributes | Creating standard calculated metrics. And, here are supplementary references that you will useful when working on a metric formula - Writing Explore formulas | Explore functions reference.
We wouldn't be able to support creating metrics from scratch, but if you have any questions or concerns about the different Explore functions or with custom formula that you've built, feel free to reach out to us anytime. Thank you, Inigo!
