Unable to authenticate Zendesk Support SDK with JWT

    Hi Matthew,
     
    Can you check your test really quickly to see if the email address is an agent or admin's email address in Support?  Authenticating as an agent will fail as expected.  Let me know once you confirm.

    Hi Christopher Kennedy, I've checked this as we'd seen that issue in the past and this appears to be an issue with users that are definitely not support agents.
