Whatsapp Answer Bot should be able to react to attachments

Hello Zendesk,
we recently started using the answer bot for Whatsapp and we have a problem with the bot. Our customers often start conversations by just sending an picture of a broken product they bought, or a product they want to buy and the answer bot is not able to react to attachments. He just replies nothing. The bot should atleast answer with the default message.
