Can't respond to tickets requests, only add notes internally
Hi there,
Why is it that I can't respond to tickets requests, I can only add notes internally?
Is this because of the licensing or something on ZenDesk. The way the account is setup is its a Light Agent with access to these products: Support, Guide, Explore.
