Boyum Chrome Browser dates issue

Hello experts,

We face an issue as when we have tickets with our customer Boyum we can not see the date that we post a comment. We only see 1 month before not the date that we add the comment.

Only when we refresh the page for a second we see the date.

 

 

Can we solve this issue please as it is very confusing?
